"I went here to have them diagnose my car for a bad noise while turning I suspected bad ball joints and I knew I needed an alignment. They looked at my car and I was quoted $2,016 for both control arms and a tie rod on one side, that price included the alignment. I knew that had to be way too high considering the parts alone are like maybe $300ish. The alignment in that quote was around $230 maybe. I will say my car is annoying to work on sometimes (Volkswagen Beetle) but that's way too much. I contacted Kevin's Auto which is right next to them. They gave me a quote of around $800 before taxes and alignment included. My total at Kevin's was around $700 for the control arms and the tie rod was not bad so it was not replaced. I ended up opting to take my car to Goodyear for the alignment and they quoted me maybe $120. So moral of the story call around and compare prices. I highly recommend Kevin’s instead nice guys and better prices. I did still give two stars because of how nice their employees were there."

"They are fast and efficient. Prices seem to be reasonable for the work I've had done. They have got my car in same day as I call for emergent situations, and got it fixed that same day as well. Costumer service is excellent. They have a key lock box outside for drop off or pick up after hours. They also update you thru out the process so you are never stuck wondering on the progress of your vehicle. I definitely recommend them."

"I live out of town and work in Joplin. Noticed on the way into work I needed an alignment. I called the big chain stores and everyone was covered up till the weekend. I noticed 360 was described as a “small business” on Google so I gave them a call. They got me right in. I let them know I was in a bit of a time crunch and they guaranteed it would be done in 2 hours or less. I dropped the truck off and it was done in a little over an hour. How often does an auto repair shop come in UNDER time? Awesome! Outstanding customer service from the front desk and great work on the truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Joplin area. I wish they were closer to my home, I would use them for everything! Awesome experience from start to finish. A very well deserved 5 stars! Also, gotta love small business. Can’t beat the service."
