"We had the greatest experience buying our son his first car. We. Walked into the dealership and saw the perfect car for our son. The very sporty, but very safe 2023 KIA Stinger in the most beautiful red color. We were greeted by Quinn Oakes when we walked in and explained what we wanted for our son. Quinn and the team worked with us to put together a deal we couldn’t refuse. My son had no idea he was getting this car and Quinn was instrumental in pulling off the best surprise ever. We told my son we couldn’t get him a Stinger, but we had an appointment to look at other cars. Quinn knew the plan and went along with the joke showing my son some older, “uncool” cars. My son was so sad until Quinn walked us to his gleaming red Stinger, complete with bow and a sign with my son’s name hanging from the rearview mirror. We will definitely be working with Cable Dahmer Kia and Quinn in the future!!"

"Everyone was friendly, and the people I worked with got me the best deal possible and genuinely wanted me be highly satisfied with the car I bought and the service I received. I did have to spend a good amount of time at the dealership getting details finalized, but overall got a great deal out of all the hard work from their team. My sales guy (Christopher Alt) was also great at communicating the dealership process and values, and Abby Park was great in closing the paperwork side of things for us. Overall I’m very happy with the result."

"Wow, what a great new car buying experience! Mike Perez and Patience Farmer were outstanding. we had to fly in from out of state to pick up the car. Mike drove to the airport at 8 o’clock in the morning and brought us to the dealership. He goes above and beyond with his level of customer service and communication. He sent videos updating us when the car arrived so we could see the car before flying. Mike is friendly and has great communication skills and made us feel like we were working with a friend through the whole process. Best new car experience we’ve ever had."

"Edit 9/21/23 A manager called me today and hand delivered a gift bag with some wonderful gifts and my $50 gift card. I really appreciate when businesses respect their customers. This act of kindness was very appreciated. They made everything right, and I am very pleased. Revision. RUN! This company lies. They were supposed to give us a $50 gift card with a test drive, and we ended up purchasing a car. 4 months later, after 10 calls, I spoke to Adrian, who gave me a number that didn't work and left me on hold for over 20 minutes when I called. Spoke with Christina, who never called back, spoke with Tyler, who hung up on me instead of transfering me, and still no gift card. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and their response was I did get the gift card and used it, and I am trying to fraudulently get more. Sounds like they are trying to tarnish my reputation, and I will take legal action if this matter isn't resolved quickly and respectfully. Caleb sold us the car, and he should have sent the gift card, but he said it wasn't his job. We will never do business with this company again!"
