"If you are the owner or manager of this store, "This person is losing you money"!! I just purchased a deep cycle battery a few days ago took it back because it would not hold the charge when I bought this battery. , I gave them a core so I decided to give him business and size up on a brand new battery which was more expensive. Now he wants to charge me again for a core insyead applying the one i gave him 3 days ago to this new battery. The manager at night named "Quon" hung up on me and said "he was done with this matter" I will never, ever ever shop in autozone again. So so unprofessional. No wonder I should stick with O'reilly's. Never buy anything at this store! Do not support this store."
