"My wife replaced and welded a tie bar they said was unfixable. They’re just lazy."

"I had this company do a $2100 insurance body work job for me. It was a poor experience from the start. The manager was unfriendly. When I agreed for the work to be done, I had to call multiple times after the agreed upon start date before they ever said I could bring the car in. I was given an expected time of completion. A week after that date, I had to call to see if it was ready. I was told I could pick it up, but one trim piece wasn't in yet. After multiple calls to this dealer over the next month, I finally bought the trim piece on eBay, receiving it in 3 days. I put it on myself. Now, almost five months later, I took the car to my Toyota dealer because the windshield washer pump wasn't working. I was told the washer tank was cracked and appeared to be original equipment. The tank was to have been replaced by Raysik as part of this insurance claim. I was charged $107.89 for it, plus labor to install it. I had used Jim Raysik Chrysler for mechanical work in the past, and plan to buy a new car later this year. Given the poor job their body shop did on this claim, I would never use any Jim Raysik business again, and would warn anyone who asked to steer clear as well. Very disreputable business."
