"Recently my friends and I had to split a meal three ways payment wise, each order meant to feed two people, so six in total. Not only was the employee taking the order efficient, kind, and understanding, but we received our food within five minutes, all correct, and with a line filled with cars behind us. The service was beyond the exceptional."

"As per typical Chick-Fil-A the food was great. I got the Cobb salad with some special requests that were fulfilled, so again, no problems with the food. My husband had forgotten to ask for his sauce, rather the cashier had forgot to ask if he needed any to begin with. So he got up to go ask for some and the woman in front of him was having issues with her payment method. She’d asked if they took checks and was told no so my husband, being a half decent citizen, asked if he could pay for her. The cashier very rudely said “I’d rather if you didn’t, just wait.” For a Christian establishment, that isn’t very Christian. As a southern raised Christian women myself, turning down hospitality is just plain rude. I expect more from a place like this. You’d think they’d be trained to serve their customers with welcoming smiles and empathy. The food was going to be paid for either way, so who cares who pays for it? The woman and her children had to be moved to a different line for someone else to help them, doubling their wait time. I think we will be choosing a different establishment to give our money to from now on."
"Ordered 12ct nugget only got 11. Large fries is only half full. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A I have had. Will drive further to go elsewhere next time."
"The chicken is good here the service is almost always good employees are very friendly And they're solid you get the same thing every time you order it. It is a kid friendly atmosphere With a nice play room. I wish they would bring back their cole slaw"
