"I made a order and my food was cold. So I went back through the line and asked if I can have a hot burrito. The manager claimed she couldn't see the temperature of my food and refused any of my service. After that they ignored me until I drove away. I was completely respectful and the manager still acted like there was nothing wrong. As she closed the drive through window on me and told her coworkers to ignore me. This is not ok, and very disrespectful."
"Very disappointed with the service of this particular store. I come here every once in a while, when I’m having a late night nachos craving. But, they always manage to forget my nachos bell grande. Not really sure why it’s that specific item that’s always forgotten but it’s quite annoying paying for an item you don’t receive. Also generally dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant. Seems like they’re more trying to get you out of their way rather than being friendly or offering hospitality. I’ve submitted complaints on the app about this but clearly the message isn’t coming across. I have no desire to return, maybe if I’m desperate. If you go here don’t expect to receive everything you order."
"Manager was yelling at the young kid disrespectfully. Listen up lady if your the “manager” then your abilities to communicate effectively and respectfully appear to be dim. Kid was doing his job good too. SMH. She changed tune real quick at the end and started “chuckling” when I pulled out my camera. Wished I would have gotten it earlier, cause her tone is what made me look up in the first place. Shame on you, and your power trip in this young man."
"Slow, only got 4 pieces of steak in my steak stuffed burrito, missing 2 tacos, and nothing but young kids filling up their drinks. Oh let's not mention the times they close. They seem to close their business when ever they want, sometimes 2am,sometimes 1am, sometimes midnight, sometimes 11pm. Hoping all fast food goes bankrupt because not only are the prices but the service as well. ;) Update. Tried to call them, and they give no receipt and the phone is off the hook so they can't take complaints. Way to go !"
"Where's the beef? $4.69 for a scant tablespoon of beef and half full burrito supreme every time I order. No matter the location! I give up!"
