"Yikes. I’ve lowered my expectations in the customer service industry since moving to this city. But damn! Who thought this was something worth giving a paying customer. My 5 year old can cut a pizza better than this. Meanwhile I was waiting a few minutes outside the store for my “pizza” to be ready and the two employees were out front doing mechanic work on their car. I walk in to one employee screaming at someone on his AirPods and no one to help me at the front desk cause they were being mechanics. I gave it one star cause they actually got the order right so that’s a win I guess"

"My wife and I placed a mobile order for two small pizzas, an hour before they closed. When we arrived, at the estimated time for preparation, we were told that they will not make our pizza, and that they were in fact, closed. The open sign was still on, and the employees (including the one who refused us service), were seen in the lobby conversing when we pulled up. We did not receive any notification, such as a call or text, saying that are service was denied, and had to learn this unfortunate news at the window. Despite all of this, we were not offered any coupons, or apologies for making the drive out there and for the miscommunication. When the hours clearly state, both on Google and the Dominos website, that they close at 12:00AM, with the open sign still on, and employees still there, it makes absolutely zero sense for them to decline our service. Incredibly disappointed with this store and will be contacting corporate for further response."

"One of my pizzas was burnt. I filled out a customer service form online, got to the end, and it told me to call the store, what a waste of time. I did call, however. I asked for a manager. Some kid who sounded about 12 answered. Refused to give me his name, didn't ask what was wrong or for any information from me. I said you're the manager and you won't give me your name. He said no. I said you don't sound like a manager. He hung up on me. I called back. Again, I asked his name. He refused. I said I have never heard of a manager at a business who would not give his name. He said they aren't required to. I told him what I was calling about. He still never asked my name or for any information. I said they have lost my business and I want my money back. He said that he had already refunded it. I said he didn't get my name or any information. He said that it popped up and he said my first name. I said that's right. Then I told him that I'm going to call the corporate office and tell them he was rude and hung up on me. At this point, he hung up again. I see why this place has a low rating. I will never order from Domino's again. This little brat obviously has had no training in customer service at all. I tried to give him a chance to correct the situation. I would have taken a replacement pizza, and they would still have a customer. But, he was incredibly rude, unconcerned, and never apologized or asked what the problem was. He has a lot to learn, and he better do it or he will have a difficult life or an easy, pathetic one in his mother's basement."

"We placed our order at 4:30 this afternoon. At 6:30 it showed our order still in prep phase. We called and we’re on hold for 15 min, so I decide to drive over to find out what the wait time is like, and suggest I can carry out rather than do delivery. The lights are off, doors locked. The computer screens are on, menu is lit up, I could even read the list of other local stores’ fulfillment rate, all others above 80%, this store is at 0%. Somehow our order was accepted and moved to prep phase, but there’s nobody there! I looked in all the windows, tried all the doors, clarified the hours of operation listed… So then to get our money back we have to call, and can’t get the money back until after the order has been delivered. Like, what?!?! I’m sympathetic to staffing issues. But online it told us the order was in process. Obviously it never was. I will never order from here again, and I might recommend anyone else take pause before doing so themselves. We have a full house, and for those who can relate you understand the sort of strain that occurs in a home full of hungry kids and adults."

"I’m visiting KC for a few days with my family and we ordered pizza from this location and had the absolute WORST experience. I had an extremely dry philly cheese steak sandwhich, the cheese literally just came off of the bun. My brothers wings were DRIZZLED with sauce NOT TOSSED. Lastly our pizzas were not even fully cut, this dominos location is awful I would not suggest it to anyone. If I could give negative reviews I would."
