"Probably and arguably the best mechine in Richmond. Every time I’ve brought my car issues to them they have been efficient in their work and have reasonable prices."

"Friendly....Fair....and accomodating! Provided competent service for my 1999 Toyota Avalon (named Rosie) which has 318,xxx+ miles and I'm getting ready to take it on a road trip to Northern New Mexico the end of Jan 2020. We discussed scheduled maintenance's overall impact on longevity; then they proceeded to change plugs & plug wires, changed timing belt and water pump, change fuel filter and pvc valve. Put in fresh antifreeze and we're ready to take to the road! Give Wright's a try! 18 Feb 2020-Postscript....We've been in New Mexico for little over 2 1/2 weeks now. Rosie/'99 Toyota Avalon is just about to turn over 320,xxx miles! Sure am glad I stopped to have some maintenance done in Richmond at Wright's before driving the car across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and on in to New Mexico during the last weekend of January 2020! "Rosie" never missed a beat! No trouble at all and we made it in to our son's in Los Alamos in time to watch the Kansas City Chiefs win the Superbowl! YAY CHIEFS!!!! Thank you, Rosie, for the safe trip and thanks to the guys at Wright's for getting the car road-worthy for that epic trip! LH."

"This place was going to charge me 300 dollars more than another shop I called. I had no ride so I had to walk a half an hour to the shop. In spite of me telling them I was going to walk to come get it, no one told me they took lunch between 12-1 with no voice-mail recording to give that information and no sign on the door. I arrived exhausted (im super out of shape) to find no one there, doors locked and no way to reach anyone. I had to wait a half hour in the heat. When I told the owner he didn't even apologize. Worst experience, the worst service I've had, ever."
