"Oil was changed in a timely manner but I paid for a standard which includes topping off the necessary fluids like windshield wiper fluid but they didn’t as I’m driving to work in snowy dirty icy conditions and have no fluid to clean off my windshield!!!!!!"

"Got my tires ordered, by the next morning they called to let me now, and got my car in with minimal waiting. They listened to all my concerns, answered questions, and did/looked at everything I asked them to. Overall happy with my experience."
"Came to get new tires, battery and oil change. They told me they checked my battery and it was fine. I got my paper work and it claimed I declined the battery check. I asked again and they assured me it was checked. I told them I wanted paperwork saying my battery was fine. They then went to retest my battery and it was bad. The technician who checked my battery informed me the technician who did all my work didn't check it he was being lazy. I then had to wait another hour to get a new battery. My car also still said it needed an oil change. They said they just forgot to reset it. I can't stress enough check EVERYTHING before you leave!!"
