"Customer service is excellent. Office staff is very professional and courteous. On the other hand, I wouldn't trust my vehicle in their body shop ever again. I have a dual exhaust vehicle. They ordered and put on a bumper with one exhaust outlet, called it good, and let me drive it home. I was told it "slipped right on" so no one noticed, but the bumper was bent around the second exhaust. I noticed the next day unloading groceries in the daylight. Obvious error. Just CHECK YOUR REPAIRS yourself if you go here. Be careful."
"I've used Crash Champions twice now for car repairs; I picked them the first time because they were the closest shop the other driver's insurance would pay for, but I sought them out for the second repair because of the quality of their service and their work. Everyone I've interacted with at Crash Champions has been friendly, helpful, and focused on making sure I knew as much as I could about my repairs, especially the status and timeline of those repairs. Add to that the fact that my vehicle was returned to me cleaner than I dropped it off (as a dad working in education, having a clean car in December is like a unicorn sighting), and it confirms that I will always check with Crash Champions when emergency repairs are necessary!"
