"We are travelling through from Canada in a 2022 Ford F350. The DEF system is causing problems. We arrived an hour before closing time on a Friday, Josh and Will got us in and performed a re gen on the exhaust system which put them after hours. All the codes cleared and we were set. Will went the extra mile to call ahead down the road to another Ford dealer to make sure they are open saturday Incase we run into problems again. We got a ways down the road and the same problem came up, we are waiting to get in and hopefully get it fixed so we can be on our way. Josh and Will went over and above for us and we appreciate all they did! Cheers !"
