"I hit a deer on 1-29 and totaled my car. They towed my car to your parking lot till I could make arrangements to where I wanted my tow service to take it. It was 4 am in the morning, I left all my info with cashier. I got a cup of coffee trying to figure out how to get home. Cashier took my money and smiled and said have a nice day! Really!! I have worked C.S all my life, I would have never took a customers money knowing what she was going threw for a cup of coffee, really! Maybe you should train your employees bout giving Customer Service. Never will I stop there again or tell anyone to. Over a cup of coffee? It's not about the coffee at all!! Sincerely Kathy Schlax"
"Stopped in this small town in Missouri and was shocked by their drink options they were insane they also had a gift shop and great option of hot foods and the employees were nice and let me have a free fountain drink their restrooms were clean and the place just felt very nice and cool nice air conditioning also they had a dinner inside and their gas was like 25 cents cheaper then everywhere else also they had a lot of pumps for gas probably enough for over 20 cars so there was more than enough space for parking and they had a air pump and a lot of big ice bags"
