"After having a really bad experience at another dealership earlier in the day. I happened to drive on to the lot at Roberts Chevrolet in plate city and wow. What a great experience. First, I was greeted by Matt who showed me a 2014 Honda pilot. He shared the inspection, carfax, and his knowledge about the car and their process for selecting cars to sell. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. We left to look at a similar vehicle down the road but it was not as advertised. We returned and closed the deal with Matt and Tyler took care of the financing. Not pressure, no junk on the lot. Total transparency. . Couldn’t have had a better experience. If you’re looking for a car give these people your money. You won’t be disappointed. Exceptional Customer service is hard to find these days. Well done Matt, Tyler, and Roberts Chevrolet."
