"I went to Dr. Kali Nalamachu at Smiles 4U for a routine cleaning as a temporary replacement for my regular dentist, who was not in my new insurance network. To my surprise, Dr. Kali personally handled all aspects of the dental services. She took care of insurance verification, appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and even performed teeth cleanings herself. However, during my visit, I was informed that I needed three fillings and two crowns, which caught me off guard because I maintain excellent dental hygiene. This raised doubts in my mind, prompting me to seek a second opinion. I reached out to Dr. Kali to request my dental x-rays, but unfortunately, I received no response. Consequently, I made an appointment with my previous dentist to gain another perspective. When my regular dentist office contacted Dr. Kali's office to obtain my x-rays, they declined the request. Thankfully, the second opinion revealed that I only had one small cavity. My previous dentist had no issues providing me with my x-rays and all the necessary information because they prioritize honesty and genuinely care about their patients"

"I absolutely recommend Dr. Kali to everyone looking for a dentist. I've had a lot of bad experiences which has lead to a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Going to Dr. Kali has helped me a lot. I don't stress about going to the dentist near as much as I used to and I totally trust her with my dental care."

"nice lady at first glance, however I went to her once for first appointment told me I had several cavities- made appointments to get them filled. When she fills them she doesn’t even wear loupes. Did not have any pain going to my first appointment but I have had dental pain ever since she did my fillings. One of them fell out today on an incisor, in between teeth. Even after leaving they felt gritty, she would ask if it felt fine upon saying no she gets defensive and says she will fix it. The thing that topped it is she gave me a code for de tail take home whitening- the code is covered on my charge schedule , she states it’s not covered. I calledmy insurance company they said it’s covered and that they would call the office. They called Kali and she said no and hung up on them. Over all I would never go there again, I asked for my X-rays and went somewhere else- I asked opinions on the X-rays- 3 other dentists said the image was bad and this was not a proper X-ray. It’s easy to trick folks in her field but as a fellow healthcare worker would never go here again. Her work is not great filling from 3 months ago broke off and to top it off it never even matched my tooth color- all the front ones were very obvious"

"Dr. Kali is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I have a severe phobia of dentists due to a prior horrible experience with a dentist in another state so I was very apprehensive. From my initial visit with Dr. Kali, she made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. She even takes pictures of the problem areas to show where the corrections are needed. Dr. Kali and her staff (Patty, Jessica and her dental hygienist ☺️) are very professional, super friendly and want to make sure you have the best experience possible."
