"I enjoy Scooters and was excited to see one open up close to me. I know this place is still new and there are always going to be mistakes when it comes to the food service, but I have yet to order from this location where there wasn't some mess up with my order. Just this morning, I ordered a matcha green tea smoothie with mango flavoring and got the smoothie with no flavoring in it whatsoever. I also found a very long brown hair in the maple sandwich(I have black.short hair) I ordered as well. The previous time I ordered, I was given a different sandwich than what I asked and my drink order was wrong. Again, mistakes happen and I usually just deal with my order being wrong, but I don't think I've ever ordered from here where my order was correct. I'll likely take a break from going to this particular location for awhile and hopefully things get better."
