"Dr Leavitt is very knowledgeable and shares information with you at a level that is easy to understand. He's thorough and detailed at his explanations. His staff is friendly and fast. The building itself is a little hidden, but there's plenty of parking."

"If you are someone with mild or moderate hearing loss (as opposed to severe), do not go here. Try Mid-Valley ENT in Albany instead, they are way better. This place used to have a really great medical assistant, but she has since left and the place has gone way downhill since. I got hearing aids here in 2021 and have since learned that there are a number of flaws with them I wasn’t aware of. For example, they made me molded inserts to fit in my ears, but these block out some of my natural hearing. The doctor didn’t give me any other option so I assumed it was normal. When I told him I didn’t like the molds and they felt like they were falling out he looked at them and said, “they’re fine.” The molds cost more $ which is why they automatically use them to get more from insurance. Also, the molded ones are harder to clean, thus the aids don’t last as long, so they make more money that way too. This place is scammy. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were committing quasi insurance fraud based on other reviews."

"I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this audiology office. I was a patient here for 5 years. I had my last appointment with them over 2 years ago, at which point I was told the hearing aids I wanted to trial were too expensive for them to purchase. I moved on, found an audiologist in Salem that I love, and was able to purchase the hearing aids I wanted. 10 months later I received a bill in the mail for over $8,000, charging me for hearing aids I never purchased. The bill also stated in pink highlighter that this was the third notice (it wasn’t, it was actually the first). Alarmed, I called their office and they assured me that the bill was a mistake and to ignore it. Months later, I find out that they have submitted a claim to my insurance company, and that the claim was processed and paid, preventing my new audiologist from submitting a claim for new hearing aids. Calling their office again I was told that the claim would be voided. Fast forward to today, 2 years after my last appointment with them, I find out from my insurance provider that the claim has not been voided. I am very disappointed and frustrated that they have not followed through with correcting this error, despite multiple phone calls from me. Others might have a different experience, but mine has been incredibly frustrating."

"The customer service is extremely poor, not only from the assistant but also from the Dr. No friendly face in that office. They left me in the hearing booth and the assistant, in the middle of my hearing test, disappeared. I had to come out looking for someone. I am so sorry I went there. They should relearn some "bedide manners"."

"Very poor customer service. I've left several messages and no one has returned my call. It has been almost a year since they ordered my hearing aid. When you call, they will ask you to hold and after several minutes, they hang up. This has happened many times. I've spoken to the receptionist asking for an update and was told they would call me back. They never call back. As a veteran who received a referral from the VA, it would have been easier and quicker to use the VA facility, as I would have my hearing aid by now. In addition, they have already received payment and I'm still waiting. Again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..."
