"We've been going to them for years, but never again, after a really bad experience in which they caused physical injury to my dog, then didn't notify me about it afterwards - I only discovered it later the next day. And to top it off, when confronted with the damage, the owner made excuses and didn't offer any compensation. This is incompetence and unprofessionalism at the very least."
