"These ladies are not equips or knowledgeable enough to work with large dogs. I took my dog twice for nails, the first was fine. The second time he became uncomfortable after being rushed up on the table and the lady just flipped out and said she would clip his nails. He never even looked at her let alone acted aggressive. She got an attitude on my way out and tried to act like she knew what she was doing saying my dog would need sedation to get his nails done. We left and walked into petco and go his nails done with zero drama. He has had his nails done by 3 different groomers since I got him and these ladies are the only issue. Neither know much about dog behaviors in general so they are not a safe choice for your pet. They also keep a super filthy kennel area while there is a nasty mystery dog illness going around."

"They halfway groomed my 15 year old toy poodle, then called and told me I had to pick it up immediately because it growled. Then tried to make me pay for a complete grooming. No other groomers have had problems with him before or after, but I've been told the same happened to at least 4 other people there in my area."
