"Honestly, the owners are nice people. I am not sure if they have maids or not, but upon entering the room, it was pretty dirty. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and gum stuck to the headboard. The bathrooms didn't even appear to be cleaned, and smelled like pee. (The last person forgot to flush, because there was pee in the toilet and the smell faded after flushing) The fact there was a cleaning fee, when the room clearly wasn't even cleaned prior to my stay, is a little irritating. Really is the Budget Inn. The wifi is literally non-existent. Make sure you have plenty of hot spot!"

"Mostly clean. Shower curtains needed stain removal and caulking in shower/bath needed removing, cleaning and replacement. Also, carpets in room made my feet black, in need of a serious cleaning! Check in clerk/owner (?) was very nice and lent me an iron because there was not one in room. No coffee maker or hair dryer. Maybe the going rate in the neighborhood was high, I didn't check but I think for the price there should have been more amenities like a coffee maker in room. Plenty of hot water but the beds were very hard!"

"This motel is deceiving from the outside to say the least. Instead of outdated furnishings, we found our room to be updated and very clean! The room very clean and the bed's we're comfortable. The motel is well lit and safe. We found the management to be extremely nice and went out of their way to help my elderly mother. What an expected delight! Thank you"

"Housekeeping stole my legally purchased cannabis. Room smelled like past drug manufacturing. Sheets were never changed, just covered, per the same Pube I saw in the sheets for over 3 days even though the bed was made. Also, a full sized older fridge that was very loud and made no sense being in there since there was no stove or kitchen. Had to unplug due to noise."

"I was quite surprised how nice this place was. The people running the motel spent a lot of time on the grounds and building. There was no spider webs around the light fixtures, doors, windows or corners. There wasn't any leaves or debri anywhere on the parking lot. The rose garden was well kept. The room 106 ( okay, the number 0 was missing)was actually clean and inviting plus the air conditioner worked great. All and all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this place to stay ."
