"I stood at the sandwich counter for around 10 minutes. They continued to help everyone who showed up except me. I'm sure it's becuase the hot deli case takes less effort. If you don't want to make sandwiches, then don't offer them. Ridiculous."
"On trips to Woodburn, my husband and I usually stop and get the Chinese food you offer in the deli as a treat for us for dinner. We did so again today. Was very disappointed this time in the quality of the food. Very bland and tasteless. As high as the prices have gone, we were very surprised that the quality has gone down as much. Otherwise we really enjoy your store."

"I have been shopping at this local store for over 8 years and never had any major issues until recently. Digital coupons not showing up after download. The customer service of help desk and some of the self check out clerks really needs improvement. You call the 800 number and you might be told that you should download your coupons at least hour prior to shopping at their stores. That was what Supervisor James #9340826 told me this morning. If there's a flaw in the system, that's why Fred Meyer cashier's have a digital coupon ready at the registers in case of situations like this."
