"This is a relatively smaller aquarium compared to the likes at Boston or Atlanta, but this has animals and birds unique to the PNW ecosystem and is beautiful to watch. You could definitely try to see the 7 gilled whales (common ones have 5) swimming amidst the kelps in water. You could also enjoy the puffins swimming in water. Nice place for kids."

"This new addition to Newport is nice it's about time there was a gym. If they were open twenty four hours with cheaper membership then I would be thrilled. Always room for change."

"We were on a road trip through newport and were searching for a place to workout...and we were not disappointed! This place has it all...state of the art gym, indoor racetrack, sporting classes, aerobic room, basketball court(!), top notch swimming pool and hot tubs, free wifi and all for 6 $ the whole day. And did I mention that the stuff is absolutely friendly and helpful? Can't believe that places like this do still exist."

"What fabulous state of the art Aquatic Center in Newport and less than 5 miles from my house in South Beach ❤ I've not been doing my regular swim routine in nearly a year so it felt great!!! I'm going to join for sure. Sadly the center isn't 100% open yet. No locker or shower access and spa is closed but hopefully these politicians will adopt some common sense and permit full access. I understand about limiting the numbers and making swim reservations but it would be nice to take a normal shower not just the pool side type which are available but no soap or shampoo allowed :( The pool appears to be a 50 meter with perimeter spillway which keep the surface water quite calm even with all lanes in use. I only did 30 laps and some stationary resistance exercises in the deep end but it felt wonderful. The exercise equipment and free weights had only 3 people utilizing them with one guy walking the oval above the gym."
