"What can I say they fixed my jacket and I think they gave it a clean too. Wish it was a faster service and wish it didn’t cost so much but what are you going to do I guess the price of everything is going up no matter what I do. I guess I could have spent a lot of time looking around town trying to find it cheaper or tried to DIY it but who has time to do that. I guess I could have bought a new jacket but that just seems like a waste because I just got it not too long ago. It was a valuable learning experience because now I can be a little bit more independent I guess."
"Last year I had my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and they were supposed to preserve it by packing it in a large box. I was told at the time they didn't have the large boxes and to check back in January 2022. I paid for the entire cleaning and the preservation and they keep giving me the run around that no big boxes have came in. Yet when I go on Amazon, I can get the same box in less then a week. I indicated on the phone to the business that they offer preservation services online yet you have no big boxes. Not only is this false advertising I should get a refund. However, they told me they couldn't breakout the cleaning from the preservation of the wedding dress. I'm not happy."

"My fiance and I brought our wedding gear to here about three days before our elopement. The two owners were so wonderful! The ironing and basic cleaning was excellent, and, to boot, they also somehow managed to extricate a giant wad of ancient melted gum out of the front pocket of a pair of slacks. Looks like it was never there. But for me, a business stands out as a spot I'll return to again and again if the service is wonderful. Seamster Cleaners had wonderful service. The owners made welcoming and great conversation with us. We'll definitely be back next time we encounter an ancient strange stain or a scary ironing job!"
