"Jim arrived on time and clearly described what he'd do, the time-line, and what we should expect. He was extremely positive and upbeat and it was easy to see he enjoyed helping people. The final results were fantastic. Our 21 year old carpet looked brand new. I could tell Jim was very pleased with the results also as he reminded us that they would come back and spot clean free of charge if any spots reappeared. He was confident we wouldn't have any spots, but it is nice to know their work is guaranteed. I called Abbey Carpet Care and spoke with the owner Jim. He reassured me this is a common issue and he could fix it. He came out and the repair was done in under an hour and you can’t even tell where the damage was! I was so relieved. He did a resection and it’s so seamless you wouldn’t even know.
