"Servpro is a great company. There are two project managers. Kesha who oversees restoration and Justin who manages the repairs. Jen packed up all our furniture and personal items and does just about everything. She is the point person who also coordinates and deals with insurance. She deals with all aspects of the project. Her unique past job experiences provides her with so much knowledge in this role. All three are always very available and are always willing to assist with every hurdle in my highly stressful situation of severe water damage. Jen, Justin and Kesha have all been so exceptional. I don’t know what I would have done without this company. I highly recommend Servpro of Hillsboro/ Forest Grove, the McGinnis Enterprises franchise."

Very explanatory and made things happen to get us take care of ASAP as we were crunched for time. Ray came out for the clean up and was on time, super polite and did a great job.
