"I'm submitting this review a few months after I got my laptop fixed at ATC. People had long been telling me to think about replacing my gaming laptop. I had it in intense use since 2019 and it had just slowed down over time. At some point it just started taking too long to start up and always freezing, I thought it was a goner. Took it to ATC and was given quick and clear instructions on what was wrong with it and complete transparency on the cost (The price was good). While the laptop was being fixed another issue came to light (its cooling fan was damaged) and they told me right away and asked what would be the best options of addressing it for me and my budget. I really appreciated the transparency and understanding in the process. The whole process only took a few days and the wait was for ordered parts, the service itself was very quick. Before I could hardly run games on low graphics on 30 fps. Now everything runs on high graphics on ~100 fps again, and the fan is much more quiet than it was before. 10/10. Helped me with what I needed and the staff is super fast, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend."

"I have been dealing with Tim since 2013 when my desktop acquired a few virus's. He did a great job cleaning my desktop of virus's and a few other problems that I was not aware of on the desktop. Since then I have had ATC work on a laptop and another desktop with excellent results. The work performed by ATC and the way I was treated has led me to purchase 2 desktops, and 2 refurbished laptops during the 11 years dealing with ATC. I only had one problem with one desktop and turned out to be an issue with a component which the manufacturer who also refused to honor the warranty. Tim repaired the desktop at his expense and we had no other problems. I hold Tim and ATC with the highest regard after 11 years of having ATC handle all of my computer needs.
