"Love all the changes and how nice the turf area is for my nephews flag football games. Wish there was more parking but I get it. In the summer the shaved ice guy comes and it's the best."
"Every time we talk to an employee they give us wrong information. Then we get hassled because we come for things at times we were told we could. They also do not like to honor passes they themselves gave us. The employees seriously need to get on the same page and get some better communication systems. Also quite rude front desk people. Find another place to have fun!"
"Although the after school program staff is great, communication could be better maybe training the staff to answer questions and have basic knowledge of the program would be helpful. The front desk welcome staff are unprofessional and lack customer service. Rarely will anyone even look up when a customer approaches. I was given wrong info over the phone about open swim (apparently all adults need an account and valid ID to swim now) and the communication is very poor throughout the entire company. I will say the athletic department has improved communication this year, give Josh a raise! But otherwise still poor service and the pool is still very dirty."
"This place and it's staff is excellent, efficient and friendly. We were here with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. It was an excellent venue."
"After taking a couple years off during the pandemic I tried the pool again today. Much better experience. Suit dryer working, hot tub and slide running. Great day. Glad to see things looking better than 2017."
