"My daughter just recently received a pair of glasses from her and she scratched them up. So I call the doctors office last week on Friday. To make sure her medical would replace the. They said yes just bring them in and we will send them out. So here it is Monday. I take my daughter's glasses in these people seemed confused at the counter. I tried tell them already called Friday and spoke to someone about this and they told me to bring them in and they will send out. So I bring in and this confused young man and a woman that thinks she on top of it. Pushes it onto the manager to say she isn't in today and not gonna be to call me back in a couple hours to let me know they are gonna send them out. As I told you... I already know this. Obviously notes aren't placed as phone calls come in and communication needs to pick it up a little"
