"I wanted to seek treatment at this facility but the required documentation to be seen forces you to relinquish your right to leave a review or document online anything about this company especially if you have a negative experience. The documentation forces you to submit to a $200 a day fine for breaching this part of the contract. This action is prohibited by the Consumer Review Fairness Act as long as your statement is true. I doubt most people are aware of this and so the company can use this to bully people from leaving negative reviews. They also make you sign away your right to file malpractice lawsuits and instead use arbitration even in cases of negligence. In cases of negligence it doesn't matter what you signed, you can still sue in court. This documentation set off warning bells and undermines any trust I could have in their abilities. They may provide great care but this contract has spooked me away."
