"Our experience with Ken Fletcher was a great one. He discussed all of the relevant information with me and prioritized the health of my pet over all. I would recommend; 5/5 stars!"

"We've been going to this animal hospital for about 29 years, and I have to travel out of town to get there, but it's worth it to know my pets are getting the best care possible from Dr. Fletcher and his staff. They have taken care of everything that has come along with lifelong conditions, emergencies, routine visits and the sad but occasional, end of life events. All with the grace and caring of people who care about you and our pet's needs. Recommending 10 stars if I could."

"We've taken our dogs and cats to Dr. Fletcher for many, many years. My parents have always taken their animals to him as well. Not only is he an amazing vet, but a wonderful person as well. He cares for animals (ALL animals) and shows so much compassion for their humans, too. I hope he never retires because our dog Brynlee needs him. We need him. ♡"

"We brought our cat in on August 1 because he was not eating or drinking. Instead of providing us with any medicine, we were given offered a physical exam. The next day, before any results came out from that exam, they gave us some medication because our cat was still not eating/drinking. The medicine did not work because our cat would spill them out. Fortunately, our cat recovered himself after we taking great care of him at home. Regarding the exam, initially, the primary issue was the lack of communication regarding the test results. Despite calling their office three times between August 5 and August 18, 2023, I never received a callback to discuss the test results. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also neglectful, as it concerns the health and well-being of my pet. There are severe inconsistencies and questionable practices regarding the testing procedures. On August 1, 2023, only blood samples were collected; however, the test results included a urinalysis. This discrepancy was first met with an uncertain response on August 8, suggesting that I might have brought in the urine sample, which I did not. The story changed on August 18, claiming that our cat had urinated on the desk, allowing for an impromptu sample collection. This statement is entirely false, as my wife, who brought our cat to the hospital, was clearly told that they were not able to collect any urine sample and explicitly given a urine sample collection kit on August 1, instructed to return a urine sample, and later advised to bring our cat to their office for sample collection, which I was unable to do before the urinalysis results were provided. Additionally, on August 18, I was incorrectly informed that the collection kit was for fecal samples and not urine, contradicting what I have in my hands, the initial instructions and adding further confusion."
