"Had taken my tower in due to recent winter power outages, because it decided to stop working! Eli had greeted me & explained that they'll need to diagnose first, which I totally understand & said he'd update me. Eli & those behind the scenes kept me in the loop many times, in the span of a week, with calls & texts, but was sadden to know the motherboard decided to not be mothering anymore & he even gave me many options & price comparisons for a rebuild or buying a new tower. Picked up my tower today & was concerned [as most will] with my pictures & he explained other options there, as well to get the info off the hard drive & even took the time to take out my hard drive for me! Above & beyond here at Fixoid/Portland! This was my first time going here, but will go back when needed!"

I have taken 2 out of date cell phones w broken screens to this place and both times they had the parts in stock and I had my phone back in working order within a few short hours-- and was able to preserve all my important data and messages. would recommend to anyone in a pinch, never fun to be in need of a repair shop. but it's really good to know that places like fixoid exist, when you do. 5 stars. thanks fixoid!"
