"Benjamin just installed our blinds a few days ago and we are incredibly happy with the final result. We live in Crescent City on a very public street and, once it gets dark, our upstairs has absolutely no privacy. We were lucky enough to find Benjamin, who came out almost immediately after we first called him (almost a 2 hour drive) just to take a look at our upstairs living area. This was after 5pm on a Friday and it was raining—I couldn't believe he came down to us. Benjamin had some great ideas for us and eventually sold us on these blinds that can go both up and down. This is great because it would allow us to enjoy our view while still being hidden from people walking by on the street below. Everything was custom-made and about a month after the order was placed, Benjamin came back down to install everything. The quality of these blinds are spectacular. This is not one-size-fits-all junk from Home Depot. This is truly bespoke, top-quality work. The entire process, Benjamin was extremely communicative and I never felt like he was trying to oversell me. In fact, at one point I told him I wanted a certain functionality for the blinds and he specifically told me that I did *not* want that because it would be so expensive and not worth it for me. Beyond that, he is extremely friendly and a joy to work with. If we ever decide to add more blinds to our house, it's not even a question who we would call. Benjamin is that good."
