"I replaced the serpentine belt on my Honda Civic and then decided to buy another one as a spare. When I brought the spare home, I compared it to the old belt that came off the car and they sold me the wrong belt. When I went to return it, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have my receipt. I guess I'm out $50 because they couldn't sell me the correct belt."
