"I am so pleased having had our ductless heat pump installed last summer. We were resolved to using the wall mount unit until it was suggested by Steve, the owner, to upgrade to a low-profile ceiling cassette. It is hardly noticeable and definitely worth it. We have seen such a change in our power and heating bill. All instructions were given regarding use, maintenance and settings.
