"Experience was awful and each staff member would say or recommend something different. They incorrectly charged us hundreds of dollars for a repair that was covered under insurance. They reached out once to provide an update and then didn't call again. I could not call the store direct to get updates and support is overseas, so they are were not helpful. Passed me around to multiple departments with no resolve. And would not get me me through to the store. Said they left notes for the store to call me back and 3 times, nothing. Notes were not up to date in their system. Over a week later, with no response I visited the store (45min drive for me) and because of the poor service I wanted to take my business elsewhere and they said I couldn't. Due to their apple agreement they said they could not give my phone back. I said I would sign a release of liability because I brought it in broken, I will take it back broken but they would not release. I was forced to order through them. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was so bad!"

"I had a major bitlocker lock out issue after downloading a windows update. I took my lap top into the tualatin location and was helped by Shannon Fisk. "I don’t think they know what they are doing, brought my laptop in because the screen is not turning on. The girl checked for 10 min for my warranty, which I didn’t buy. And then she told me it’s graphic card issue and will cause about over 1k to fix. So I brought my laptop home and googled it. And I fixed myself."

"I had my first HP repaired there and it crashed while it was still under warranty the operating system crashed again from Windows 10 and when I took it back into him the tech called me into going and getting my other computer out he said this run was too old which to come to find out he's not the case but he swore that he could transfer all my files from my first HP over to my other one will after noticing that my the new one that I hadn't transfer everything over to files were missing it was slowing down I looked and this one is only has a 500gb hard drive when my first HP had to tear up one for the operating system and one for all my files I feel like he just scammed me into buying a new Windows 10 and put it on a different operating system this happened on 321 19"
