"Made multiple phone calls and left messages. No return calls. Went in person. Door open, no one there. There is no waiting room as it's made into a temporary dog kennel. Waited inside about 10 minutes. Another customer came by and asked if anyone was there. I told her no. She said she had come by earlier and no one there. She left, I went to my car and waited 45 min. I decided they must not want my business, so I left. Ended up taking my car to Marsh's transmission, who is next door. IMHO, I think Jonathan should return phone calls as a common professional courtesy if he doesn't want the job or can't do it."

"Jonathon is really the best. My alternator had given out over the weekend, so I was trying to figure out who could get me in same-day on a Monday. He got me in that Monday, and I had my car back by 12:30 p.m. that same day. He was very straightforward, kind, and his prices were very reasonable. He also did not talk down to me at all (which is something that I usually experience with mechanics, given that I am a young woman). I will definitely be returning here for all my car's needs :)"

"Like having a good doctor who you can trust, everyone needs a solid mechanic. Jonathan is one of the rare ones. He is honest, efficient, and reasonable.
