"They made the damaged area look brand new! Blending of my paint was exceptional. They vacuumed the main interior of my vehicle, nice surprise! I was able to drop my rental vehicle there. They contact the rental company to pick it up. Great customer service & communication regarding my auto status. When extra parts were needed after the initial bid, they dealt with my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything for that. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them. Also, lifetime warranty on their work as long as you own your vehicle. Thank you Tualatin Auto Body! Best experience while dealing with a bad situation (MVA). 3/2024: Sadly had to use them again after someone hit my vehicle while parked - didn't leave info. TAB was amazing again. Big thanks to Shannon for updates, etc. Vehicle was cleaned beautifully, even the tires were detailed. Lovely repair and paint blending/matching. The only change (out of their control) was after I paid deductible I was informed I had to return rental directly to Enterprise. They (Enterprise) then drove me back to TAB. Just a hassle, but no biggie."

Everything was detailed, cleaned and the body was perfect. I had to wait awhile for parts as the supply chain is still trying to catch up, but it was definitely worth the wait! "After many weeks, finally getting McDonald's insurance to cover damages to my '17 Hyundai Sonata Sport, due to debris in their drive thru, I went with TAB. The repairs were done in 2 days and I would have given them a 5 star, except they totally whiffed on the under carriage cover that was tore up, having missed replacing it at all as a part of the initial damage pictures taken (and/or estimate). Regardless, I noticed it before I originally left, where "Les" ordered the part and I called a week later and it was handled in 30 min. The new bumper skirting was also not seamlessly attached in two different areas (as I realized sometime later) and was eventually fixed as well."
