"Me son got a new puppy and this is where I recommend him to go for veterinary care. They have a great wellness program that's affordable for all his pup's needs."

"Paid for a care plan. Got charged EVERY time I took my cat in. They said they couldn't do any procedure without sedating her. Because she was feisty. So two adult vet techs couldn't subdue my tiny senior female cat. Like ever. They suggested just bringing her in once a year for dental and they could do every thing they needed to at once while she was knocked out. I paid $35 a month for unlimited office visits and they said just bring her once a year because it was easier on them. Stupid waste of money. I quit them 2 years ago. Also I took in another cat once and missed my appointment by 20 mins. I started crying because I feared my cat was dying and the receptionist asked if I wanted her put down. I said not before she sees a vet! She just shrugged. Awful. I have never forgiven them for that."

"They can be a little short staffed at times (blame corporate for not paying and staffing better), but every employee I’ve interacted with here has been absolutely amazing, clearly cares about animals passionately, and I’ve felt very comfortable leaving my pup in their care for drop-off check-ups."

"I take my senior cat here as part of a health insurance plan he's on and it's been a good experience so far. Scheduling is easy and the staff is really friendly with my guy. No complaints at all!"

"Staff seem to be cool if you just want to have your dog weighed. I keep an eye on my dogs weight for medical purposes. I'm glad they can help with that"
