"Two days ago we had to take our beautiful and sweet old dog to this ER Vet. He was 14 years old. We knew it was the day for us to say goodbye to him. He left us quickly. It was tough because he was our perfect dog and a wonderful companion. We were very sad. But everyone at this hospital was amazing and supportive. Thank you to this team for your help and compassion! Our adorable guy lived an incredible life with so many people who loved him."

"We took our kitty, Spooky, in at 4 am for persistent vomiting. We originally suspected maybe a blockage since she tends to eat things she shouldn’t (like kitchen sponges). Did several X-rays with Dr. Keith (an absolute angel btw) and he called several times to give updates and walk through options, since the X-rays weren’t consistent with a blockage but there was something there. He was very honest about pricing, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. We did exploratory surgery (can’t remember the vet who did surgery, but she was lovely too and the incision was very clean). They ended up finding intestinal thickening which was cut out and sent to biopsy. Biopsy results just came back negative so no cancer, and we’ll continue working towards a diagnosis with her regular vet. Overall, the experience was handled incredibly well. Like any other fur baby mother, I was sick with worry so I called them quite a few times to check in and ask questions and the staff were always very polite and knowledgeable and have continued to be so with my post op questions. Dr. Keith stood out to me because I interacted with him the most, but each vet I’ve spoken with along the way has been wonderful and helped put me at ease. I read through some negative reviews out of curiosity and saw reoccurring themes of boarding being too expensive and long waits. I could be wrong, but I don’t think it actually cost anything for them to hold Spooky? Surgery, fluids, X-rays, and treatment were about what I’d expect price-wise and again, they were very transparent and even advised I double check with our pet insurance that her care would be covered, so they’re looking out for you. As for wait times, it’s an emergency vet, so critical patients will be seen before stable ones, but again they held her there and monitored her so we didn’t have to sit and wait or drive her back and forth. And, even if your pet is in the back waiting to be seen, staff is doing rounds to track your pets condition regularly (notes were provided after the visit, so this isn’t just word of mouth). Anyways, this has gotten long but just wanted to be thorough for fellow anxious parents. Tl;dr staff and vets 11/10, care received 11/10, maybe call ahead before you go, I’m sure they can recommend another place if they’re overwhelmed ; 100% will take Spooky there again for future after hours emergencies. "They made the worst night of my night as easy as it could be. My husky’s intestines twisted in the middle of the night (terminal if left untreated). Unfortunately he had been diagnosed with cancer months ago and was in hospice, so this was the end. They made it as easy as possible with friendly people, affordable pricing, care credit, a nice room with couches and dog art on the walls, and a quick turn around for the ashes (4 days). They were respectful, honest, prompt, and trustworthy. Thank you, team. I appreciate and will never forget how you sent my fur baby off."
