"Dr. Gartrell and her wonderful staff have provided outstanding, loving care for our pets for years. First with Pepper and now with Scooter, both Havanese. They are so attentive to specific needs and are always ready to provide immediate care. We left a message at 8am this morning, received a call back at 8:30am and had him in before 9am!! This morning he wasn't putting any weight on his left rear paw. He was examined and treated. By 4:30 this afternoon he wanted to go for a walk! Following Dr. Gartrell's instructions, we'll be soaking his paw and keep him resting as much as possible. We love the care and compassion they exude.
