"Over the years the care has gone down hill tremendously. Honestly i am being generous giving them 3 stars right now. I have been going here for years and the past 2 years has made me really want to take my fur babies elsewhere. When we made my dogs appointments they told me that they didnt have any of my puppy's shot records. I told them when I brought her in for her first visit i gave them to them 2x and I had to explain everything again. They told me because I gave my puppy her first few shots they don't normally trust that even when I told them it was kept in fridge and given all the proper documentation. Even provided the original wrappers!!! Fast forward They called me to confirm and I had to explain this again to them and had too sent the a photo of the paperwork AGAIN!!!! How can I trust they are not messing other things up... to top it off and the part that really gets to me as well is that they told me that both dogs would both be getting 3 shots but essentially only getting 2 pokes because the one was a combo. I asked them how much it would cost for both dogs and I was told it would be about $180 for the visit and all the shots both dogs needed and I clarified this in 3 separate calls My husband took them in and came home told me that they charged him $268!!! And told me they got poked 3 different times!!! My puppy is not reacting very well to all 3 shots because she is only 10lbs:( To say I am upset might be an understatement.... I don't know how I can ever trust them again."
