"Normally I come here every day before work to kill a little time and I also spend a lot of money buying smokes and black and milds daily. But today I was told to leave. I guess I won’t be coming here to spend money or kill time anymore. The night shift employees are cool the day shift ones are the ones with an issue apparently. I’m sure glad I hadn’t bought a new pack of smokes yet because I was about to. I went over to VP instead, 1$ cheaper too! Screw this 711."

"I used to work at a 711 and this place is DESPICABLE! Not only do they have a ridiculous sign on the door that says no more than 2 students allowed at a time, but they had dirty wipes all over the counter. I understand students being rowdy but they have limited time. It’s not hard to politely ask them to keep their voices low and form a single file line when they’re ready to check out. The diet Dr Pepper from the fountain machine was extremely watered down. There were expired products on the shelf from 2 years ago, and the counters and floor were absolutely disgusting. I went Christmas Day as well and I can attest this is the WORST 7-11 I’ve ever been to. At least the clerk was civil. Not friendly at all or welcoming. Didn’t even say hi welcome in or hello. I give props to the young male teen working Christmas Day. Not only was he very sweet when it was packed full but it was at least cleaner than it was today and he had an exceptional customer service. Need more workers like those. The manager either needs to grow up and hire better employees like him or they themselves need to be fired and find a new job path. My managers from multiple 7-11s NEVER let the store get that way and NEVER allowed employees to be so lazy and have such bad customer service."

"Stopped in here to buy a pizza. Older lady working was very rude to the customer ahead of me. Then she was rude to me as well. What's her problem? Won't be going back to this location. Pizza was good, so an extra star for that."

"Shirley the Assistant manager should not be working in customer service! She is rude and wanted to argue with me. There's a way to fix situations professionally and instead didn't. I spend 40-50 weekly at this location and never had a problem until dealing with her. I won't be going back. I own a business and after years experience it blows my mind when I see people like her. If you don't like customer serve mam get out!"

"I have been going to this 7 11 for about a year and a half. The day time manager or leader is remarkable. She has a way to reach you even when you are in a bad mood and she makes the experience better. Through the pandemic They have maintained their masks and they have been cleaning the store every time I visit. Thank you for maintaining the cleanliness so that i can shop in your store without too much fear. Good job!"
