"I was sold a ring band that I was told was one of a kind. I later found out it was a designer who only does custom jewelry and you can only get them from certified dealers. Harry Ritchie’s is not one of these dealers. After going to a certified dealer, I also found out that Harry Ritchie’s charged me 3x the amount it was worth from the certified dealer. Following this- Harry Ritchie’s forgot to place my custom order and it took 7 months to get my order."

Jessica was wonderful, she spent a lot of time with me going over what needed to happen, the price, and how long the work would take. The Goldsmith was also there, and let us know in detail how the rings would be handled. Great service, friendly people, and an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend Harry Richies."
