"I have been through ups and downs with my kiddos, and a very rough first few months with my first! The first pediatrician I saw swore he was fine but thankfully we found Dr Mark. He really is so great. We drive from Salem to see him. But we don't mind at all! He is truly caring. You can tell he is passionate in what he does!"
"I love taking both my kids to Small Town Pediatrics. Dr. Mark is so patient and good with them. He explains things so thoroughly and always has great advice. He’s available whenever I need him and is always so good at giving me peace of mind when my kids are sick. We drive 30 mins to see him & I don’t mind it at all! "Billing is completely screwed up. Double billed for visits, and per my insurance company things are being billed incorrectly and when “not covered by insurance” Dr Helm has left the financial responsibility to patients. They currently need to reimburse us for multiple visits that we paid for only to find out they just didn’t know how to bill insurance correctly. I’ve talked to the office 6x. This is not the way to do business in a small town… have a billing specialist figure out this mess for you instead of shifting it to patients. I’ve wasted hours of my life on this. We followed Dr Hamblin to his new office upstairs and we’ve had zero issues."

"Updated review - I had originally left a 1 star review due to a poor billing issue, however, since then Dr Mark has reached out and has help reconcile the issue! He was so nice and helpful on the phone and explained their mistake. I appreciate the time he took to personally call me. Additionally, our visits with him have been great."
