"Our son received the incorrect vaccination from a medical assistant. Her attitude before this happened was rushed and also made us feel bad due to our son being on a modified schedule. After the fact, she did come tell us in the parking lot which was highly appreciated. We went and chatted in detail about the vaccine that was given and when going through his chart, we discovered there was incorrect information entered by Silver Falls regarding vaccinations given at another clinic. It was noted on my son’s chart that he received the wrong vaccination, but I never heard back from the doctor. I eventually called the doctor and spoke with her. She couldn’t tell me what steps were being done to ensure this wouldn’t happen to another family (as we would not be returning!), other than meetings about safety protocols. It’s concerning that medical professionals can make these large mistakes and not receive any kind of consequence. Also, we just didn’t feel like anyone really cared about the fact that the wrong vaccination was in our son’s body and couldn’t be taken out."

"Absolutely awful experience !! I have had the same doctor Dr Hyde the last 11 years with no problems until he moved to this office They are rude and unprofessional. The bad energy hits you at the door . Patience beware They are very snobby and rude Not to mention unprofessional !! 0 stars wasn’t an option !"

"I saw Dr. Houts in place of my normal PCP. I’ve been suffering with respiratory symptoms for two weeks. She came in the room with a poor attitude, was very dismissive, didn’t really care to listen to anything I said. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection, told me to go get a chest X-ray, and sent me on my way with an antibiotic for a sinus infection. She then charted things I considered rude and unprofessional. I sent a follow up message about the chart to my regular PCP and did not hear back. They never contacted me with X-ray results even though the X-ray showed restrictive airway disease. I went to urgent care today and was given the proper medication and diagnosed with pneumonia. Poor care quality, especially from an MD. Poor attitude. Poor follow up. Poor bedside manor. All around poor. Would not recommend if you’re legitimately ill. Front desk staff is super friendly though."

"Refused my son an appointment even though they said they are taking new patients. Could not get Hupp or Hoyte to see him even though they said they would at first. Shame on them. I'm terrified that my son is facing an awful outcome."

"Dr. Natalie Hoyte is a great provider. Called me on a Sunday morning to check up on me as well as inform me on my tests results. Receptionists are very kind and informative on the phone (which can be hard to find these days). So far I’m so happy I switched clinics and providers to Silver Creek!"
