"Very rude! When called, ignores my question, I just had a question if they offer cat sitting. I could hear someone on call, the person just kept down her phone with me still on call talking. If you don't offer the service, just say so instead of being so rude to someone. Response to the owner- if you had responded to me on call I wouldn't have reviewed your business. I could hear you on call doing something in the background but you just let me talk by myself. I called thrice till I felt really bad because of your rude behavior."
"I recently purchased a German Shepherd Dog puppy here that the owners daughter in law bred. She gave me the full history on the parents and was not in the least bit pushy. My veterinarian gave her a great bill of health and this has turned out to be one of the pups I've ever encountered."
"Purchased a great little Chorkie! She is smart and funny, we love her. Our local vet found her to be healthy and caught up with the correct vaccinations. Robin was very easy to work during the purchase. Answering questions intelligently. She took plenty of time to discuss our puppy with us. I would buy from her again. My only negative comment is that the store does not carry dog food."
