"Kali is a nervous nail dog and the techs were amazing with her. This was her first full groom and deshedding. She came back to us so soft, clean and no undercoat. The techs were friendly and treated the dogs well."
"They pressured me into a $30 package that I didn't ask for, my dog caught kennel cough a week after her groom (this is the only contact she has with other dogs), then when I went to clean her in my bath due to her allergies, the soap was completely brown which makes me suspicious that they even cleaned her...we won't be coming back..."
