"I like that this Lowe's seems to be more fully-staffed than a lot of big box hardware stores. But how much a given employee is knowledgeable enough to answer your question? Really hit or miss. I spoke to one young woman who was some sort of plumbing savant, friendly but totally confident in her advice. A week later, I asked a guy some similar questions and he was completely clueless, maybe his first day of something."

"I tried to buy a hitch for my truck. They had the hitch but didn't offer the ball. Pointless I bought 2 chain link pieces. Cheap parts, same part number.. 1 fit, the other didn't. I'd prefer to buy quality over savings a few cents."

"This place has gone so far down hill, 90% of the employees are basically children, no one knows anything, no one can ever answer my question, the employees hide and are impossible to find for help, I’ve spent hours waiting for help with lumber, paint, or sometimes the employees never return after they say they’ll be back, the young boys are very rude to the elderly. This place is slow, lack of employees, lack of respect and hospitality. The last 3 times I went there was no staff for check outs and was forced to use self checkout with my Lowe’s credit card, it didn’t give me an option to pay within 30 days or 6 month payment plan with 0% interest. The young male manager is a lazy, good for nothing rude little boy. The last two times I’ve witnessed over the phone he says "well I don’t know what to do about that", or "I won’t be in for another hour, so there’s nothing I can do, I’m not there to see what my employees are doing, it’s not my job to babysit them, what they do has nothing to do with me”. I will never be shopping here anymore, after 20 year this place is trash. I’ll drive the extra hour to Home Depot."

"What a wonderful experience I had! I’d like to thank Aubree for helping me with my lumber project and I’d like to thank Gary for caring out the countertop I needed. But it just wasn’t them. It was the person helping me find the countertops and it was the cashier who easily pulled up my business account when I couldn’t find my card. Great job today!"

"Had a great customer experience when someone came to me in the isle and asked how he could help. We left without making a purchase but said that we would probably be back. The young lady at the self check out was very courteous and said have a wonderful day. Tonight, we go back, ask for help loading a heavy item and David, the assistant manager was amazing! It’s rare to find this kind of service and it’s definitely appreciated!"
