"This company was recommended to me so I assume they do pretty good work. However, when I called they seemed incredibly uninterested in providing service. Every excuse was used that they were backed up a couple weeks, they couldn't guarantee that they could fix a stoppage in a house built in 1940, they did not want to work with someone with using a home warranty even though it was my responsibility to get the reimbursement. Overall unprofessional and a negative experience, they could have just said they weren't taking new customers at that time. I would not ever call again."
