"I was recommending this place to someone in my local community group and was shook to my core when reading the comments. My experience with Roseburg Therapy has been nothing short of amazing. My therapist, Nathan is the best. I also had incredibly helpful interactions with reception. She answered all my questions, explained the process and gave me all the steps to get started. It took a few weeks, but I was prepared for that. I love that I can receive treatment from anywhere and I always feel like time is well spent. I would highly recommend this place to everyone."

"The app they use will not let you cancel appointments well within the 24 hours. This seems to be a violation of their own policy."

"Absurdly misleading about pricing, even after giving insurance information. They lied to me about my coverage, ended up retroactively tripling or quadrupling all my session costs a month after I had already paid the agreed amount. And they will not help you. Causes more mental anguish and frustration and extra work than any help they could provide is worth."

"steer clear of this place!! i was really hopeful when i began therapy with stacey last year, but i ended up incredibly discouraged by the whole experience. stacey gave no tools or resources to help me outside of therapy, and she referred me to a doctor who is not trauma informed or qualified to be giving anyone proper mental health treatment (if stacey gives a referral for revitalized wellness in eugene BEWARE) stacey missed several of our appointments and blamed me for getting the dates wrong, she was beyond condescending, and she refused to verify the validity of the letter she wrote for my emotional support animal simply for the sake of being petty. there’s several other care centers that have specalists that actually care for your health and well-being, i’d suggest giving them a try instead EDIT: my feedback had been shared multiple times, and unfortunately i was overlooked. the dismissive tone of your response completely proves my point "

"Had a counselor for my teen child - they spent more time talking about pets than addressing any of the issues I as the parent brought up; multiple times the counselor would end the appointment early "because there was nothing left to discuss at that appointment"; even though there were lists of concerns. I got 1x ONE parent/teen/counselor appointment where I was allowed to openly discuss my concerns, concerns I've already spoken with at length with my teen; but again, counselor spent more time trying to be a friend than provide any kind of guidance or help. I finally had enough and addressed my concerns with the counselor who then quickly dropped us stating they would find someone more apt to handle my teens resilience troubles in sports. I spoke with the front desk/receptionist and they said they would get our new appointments scheduled with the new counselor and instead we've been ghosted with no responses, updates or information...."
