"Very self-serving, their only interest is for their own preservation. I would suggest CAFA out of Eugene to everyone. If its court ordered you can file a motion to have the program substituted for one that actually cares about the individual. This is a strictly for profit mentality from a place that advertises the intention of helping. Do not be fooled, there are alternatives but they will do everything they can to make you believe the opposite. They're ratings are so low because that is the care and courtesy they provide. You are a paycheck to them, not a person."

"Much better than the leading competitor. This firm treats folks like people. For those that complain; I invite you to take the "Pepsi challenge". UPDATE: I'm at the end of the class, and my feelings are the exact same. These folks consistently treat you with respect, dignity, and value. Kindness goes a long way. These people embody kindness. Update: A year later and I still don't regret going to this class."

"Office Staff seems like their goal is to make it more difficult for you to get free of the courts. Some of the counselors are cool though."

"They call this therapy even though there is no therapist. Its retired probation officers. If you miss a class they charge you double no matter the reason. If you get stuck going to work or have children this is a terrible program for you . They also will not except any health insurance . The program is a complete sham. You would be better off to talk to your healthcare provider about treatment options. It’s pretty much a sorry excuse as a therapy program to take care of court orders that the police department charges you a ridiculous amount of money for. They call it therapy but it’s mainly exploitation for profit. Generally your court ordered to be at some kind of program so they will talk down to you and disrespect you and if you try to do anything about it they claim that you’re being abusive even if your having a calm conversation. They like to exploit people having court orders for therapy and it’s the surefire way for the city to make money off of this people instead of allowing them to use their private health insurance and seek real therapy elsewhere ."
